Then one flat fee per tool, at or under what the app costs you today. Nothing more to pay for the build. No fee per person. 12-month minimum. On Partner, it’s included.

What can I ask for?

Anything you want changed, fixed or built: a new page, a broken form, a new email. Big jobs get broken into stages.

How much can I ask for?

As much as you like. We work through requests in order and ship every week. If something is urgent, say so and it goes first.

What does “one kind of marketing” mean on Growth?

Email and texts, Google, or ads. We run one of them every week. If you want two or more working together, that is Partner.

What isn’t included?

Ad spend, and subscriptions you hold with other companies, such as Shopify, Klaviyo or your domain. You pay those directly.

Is there a contract?

Website and Growth are month-to-month. Custom software has a 12-month minimum; after the fixed-price first version, there is no additional build fee.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, any month.

Can I pause?

Yes. Send a request through your Harbour or the contact form and we will hold your plan.

What happens when I cancel?

We hand over your site, content and files. For custom software, you get your data, and the code once it is yours.

Do prices include tax?

No. GST or HST is added.
